  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Estimated delivery time within Malaysia: 1–5 business days.

  • For international orders, delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Shipping Partners

  • We work with trusted courier services such as J&T, DHL, and others, depending on your location and selected service.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your parcel on the courier’s website or contact us if you need assistance.

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service, natural disasters, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • During peak periods (festive seasons, sales), shipping times may be slightly longer.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to be resent.

International Shipping & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
